1. The mold processing technology can require high precision. The mold is generally composed of a concave mold, a convex mold and a mold frame system. The dimensional calculation accuracy of mechanical molds often reaches μm level.

3. The production of small batch molds is not mass production. In many cases, only one pair is produced.
4. There are many processes. In the processing of molds, milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping are always used.
5. Repeated production molds have a long service life.
6. Copy processing. Sometimes there is no pattern or data in mold production. Copy processing should be carried out according to the object. This requires high simulation accuracy and no deformation.
